KIYAPO SLIGHTLY INTENSIFIES AS IT MOVES WEST NORTHWESTWARD OVER THE SEA EAST OF CAGAYAN.

* The center of Tropical Depression KIYAPO was estimated based on all available data at 555 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. It is moving West northwestward at 30 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 55 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 70 km/h, and central pressure of 1000 hPa.
