UNDER WATCH: The Country's weather bureau is keeping an eye to a Low Pressure Area within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Said LPA is at 445 km east of Borongan, Eastern Samar.
It is currently bringing rains over Eastern and Central Visayas and CARAGA region.
Metraweather's forecast the LPA to develop into a storm while crossing into the West Philippine Sea.
The Intertropical Convergence Zone is also affecting the weather of Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.
